You Have to Try These Bold Organic Cheeses
Any cheese lovers out there? It’s pretty obvious that Organic Valley® loves cheese ― shreds, slices, strings, blocks, crumbles, you name it. When farmers founded the co-op in 1988, the first loads of milk were used to make cheese. Now, we have more than 40 varieties of tasty organic cheese!
We create all of our cheeses with fellow turophiles in mind. What is a turophile? You probably are one if reading this! A turophile is a person who is passionate about cheese.
We stepped up our cheese game even more with Flavor Favorites; and are sharing scrumptious recipes made with them. (There is nothing wrong with eating premium cheese straight from the package, either.)
Flavor Favorites come in four varieties. The blends of herbs, spices and smoked sea salt are designed to easily transform mealtime favorites like pizzas, burgers, quesadillas, sandwiches and more.
Along with pleasing your taste buds, we also take the melt into account. These organic cheeses are crafted to melt beautifully and complement, not overpower, the dishes they enhance.
Types of Flavor Favorites Cheese
Italian Herb Mozzarella Shreds: Basil forward with a background of garlic and herbal zest complementing the clean, creamy mozzarella base. These cheese shreds are the perfect blend of aromatic Italian seasoning to brighten up your pizzas, chicken and pasta dishes.
Spicy Cheddar Shreds: Habanero and paprika deliver depth of flavor with a family-friendly heat centered around a smooth and creamy cheddar. These shreds are a delicious blend of savory and spice to bring life to tacos and casseroles.

Smoky Cheddar Slices: Hickory-smoked sea salt delivers a perfectly balanced, savory smoke flavor that is blended with a smooth and creamy cheddar. A savory touch of light and earthy smoke adds depth to burgers, grilled cheeses and casseroles.
