Our organic shredded cheese is available in ten varieties; Mexican Blend and Mozzarella are both available finely shredded or thick cut, while Mild Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, 3 Cheese Italian, Spicy Cheddar, and Italian Herb Mozzarella are thick cut.
