Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
1 cup Organic Valley 4% Cottage Cheese
1 large Organic Valley Egg
A small bowl of salt.
Pinch of salt
A small bowl of salt.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking pan with oiled/greased parchment paper. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. This is a good time to customize with herbs and spices to complement your finished recipe.
Blend until incorporated but still creamy — 10 to 15 seconds should be enough, depending on your blender. Overblending may lead to a thin texture that won’t bake as nicely. Slowly pour mixture onto oiled/greased lined baking pan and place in oven.
Bake at 325 F for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully peel wrap from the parchment paper (remember, it will be hot) and fill with, well, whatever you’d like!
