Pro Tip: Rather than arranging all items in their own segregated sections, try mixing up or alternating ingredients so that the board has plenty of visual interest. Consider including small decorative touches for bit of holiday spirit as well. Always add crackers just before serving so they don’t get soggy.

Ingredients
1 Uncured Beef Summer Sausage
1 cup green olives
2 cups green grapes
1 cup raw broccoli
Club Crackers
1 box organic crackers
Directions

Slice summer sausage and cheeses into ¼-inch thick slices.
Place olives in a small bowl and place on a cheese board, cutting board, or platter.
Arrange sausage and cheese prettily on the cheese board.
Add grapes and broccoli and leave a small space for the crackers.
Wrap the board with plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
Before serving, remove from the fridge and add the crackers.
