2 SERVINGS

This smoothie is the perfect hydrating smoothie for the summer! Watermelon and strawberries each contain 92% of their volume in water as well as provide your body with vitamins and minerals for hydration. Acai berries are a nutrient-dense “super berry” loaded with antioxidants, and the addition of cow’s milk instead of a plant-based milk further boosts the nutritional and hydrating properties of this smoothie.
